About Roberto Antonio Becerra García

Comienzo en las ciencia de la computación desde la edad de 15 años. Mi primer acercamiento al mundo de la programación es a través de los concursos de programación algorítmica que se desarrollan a nivel de bachillerato en Cuba, logrando alcanzar una medalla de oro a nivel nacional e integrar la preselección que entrenó para las Olimpiadas Internacionales de Informática (IOI en inglés). Estas experiencias definen mis características como desarrollador de software en el deseo de procesar de manera óptima grandes volúmenes de datos.He trabajado en varias ramas de la informática, sobre todo en la informática médica y en informática aplicada a sistemas de gestión. He desarrollado aplicaciones para las principales plataformas existentes en la actualidad: Desktop (Windows, GNU/Linux y OS X), Web (Python + Django) y Móvil (iOS). Además, he sido investigador en campos relacionados con el procesamiento de señales biomédicas, obteniendo varias publicaciones de relevancia a lo largo de mi carrera.Durante mi carrera he formado parte de varios equipos de trabajo haciendo función de varios roles como desarrollador, investigador, arquitecto y líder. Me caracterizo por mantener excelentes relaciones con mis compañeros de trabajo, aspecto que me parece fundamental para el rendimiento positivo de un equipo. Me gusta el trabajo en grupo y compartir mis conocimientos con mis colegas de trabajo.Soy abierto ante nuevos retos y me motiva de forma significativa el aprendizaje de nuevos conocimientos.
