As member of the BSC IT Support team, giving support for local and remote employees in a rapidly growing business environment having more than 650 users:• iOS, MacOS, Windows 7 and 10 end-user support• User and computer management in Active Directory• Maintenance of 40 unique meeting rooms• Installing and configuring over 40 different type of applications• Created and maintained inventory for mobiles, computers and network equipments• Handling mobile services with vendors• Giving support for a 4500 sqm area having 500 workstations• Tracking work in enterprise ITSM tool (Remedy), complying with ITIL directives• Creating and maintaining knowledge base documentations• Planning and executing Office 365 and Windows 10 Deployment waves• Task ownership of hosting IT Onboarding Sessions for newcomers• Took part in office expansions and other infrastructure projects• Handling third party vendors (Procurement, Repairs, Orders)
