• Delivering financial statements on time based on the local GAAP requirements for the legal entities (7 Corporate, 1 Aviation, 1 Power)• Owning the processes from planning to board meeting, coordinating and managing audit, dealing with internal (Controllership, Tax, Sourcing, R2R etc.) and external stakeholders (KPMG, PwC) for each entity• Representing GE at Job fairs, mentoring the new interns, helping to choose the right candidate, redesigning the Job Descriptions• Improving our tracking system by better visualization (BI usage)• Participating in process improvement workouts• Helping in team event organization

• Getting familiar with the processes and ERPs, learning the different enterprise systems, its advantages and disadvantages • Creating a tracker and clearing the backlog for the statistical reports, usually dealing with 15-30 reports based on frequency
