Founding Tracle in 2020. Tracle offers a garbage collection service right to your doorstep. Members only need to use LINE to arrange for a collection partner to pick up their household waste during a specified time slot—making taking out the trash as easy as calling an Uber! Our vision is to enhance the quality of life for all humanity by creating convenient home services that allow people to live more comfortably.Currently, the Tracle service has reached over 2,500 households and 6,000 users, with more than 15,000 orders processed each month, achieving a 90% membership renewal rate. After accumulating initial growth resources, we will leverage the synergy of our members, fleet, and dispatch technology system to gradually introduce a wider range of lifestyle and reverse logistics services.
