• Lead mergers and acquisitions (M&A), deal sourcing, relationship management, documentation and integration - 6 completed transactions• Drive de novo strategy, site selection and project management - 10 projects in current pipeline• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams / departments on deal execution / due diligence /negotiations / integration efforts• Create in-depth financial models, including company valuations, cash flow projections, pro-formacombinations, and various scenario analyses with sensitivity tables to determine ROI / IRR• Perform market research: competitive landscape, industry intelligence gathering, and strategic analysis• Build investment theses with strategic rationale for build / buy / partner recommendation formanagement; create presentations for investment committee review and board approval
