Musician, media composer, producer, and teaching-artist based in Denver Colorado. To date, Ben has worked with global brands including The North Face, PBS, and Boars Head, and composed original scores for television, award winning documentaries, and short films. Ben is also an actively touring musician and artist, and has recorded and performed with Moses Sumney, The National, and Why?. Before making the move to Colorado, Ben spent seven years as a teaching-artist at MYCincinnati - an el sistema inspired after school youth orchestra. Ben developed the percussion program, sourcing instruments from the community, and composed and arranged music while developing a curriculum combining orchestral percussion, and contemporary music. In 2016 he combined his love for percussion, and building, by creating and installing an outdoor Percussion Park, which hosted MYC percussion classes, and performances in the spring and summer.
