Leading and motivating a team of eight experienced exam teachers who achieved an average pass rate of 90%. • Monitoring progress of some 300 students in the Exam Department, liaising with students or their parents and making sure they sign up for their exam of choice at an appropriate time. • Giving annual appraisals with team members. • Timetabling and course design for regular and intensive courses. • Training of new teachers and running a professional development course for non-exam teachers. • Arranging on-site Cambridge exams and choosing the best resources for teaching exams ranging from Young Learners to CPE.
