I am very fortunate to work as part of a family-run company, for some this would be a nightmare, but for me it is fantastic. I get to spend my time working with the people I am closest to, all moving towards a common objective. By combining the acumen and experience of running businesses for over 30 years, with my innovative approach, we have been able to revolutionise our property company. We now have an international team, working round the clock, to deliver a top-class service to our housemates in Bristol! We have £0 bad debt and 0% voids - two things I am very proud of! We know where we are strong and where we need to focus, to keep pushing forwards. For us relationships are the key to everything we do; strong relationships with housemates, staff and investors are the foundations we have been building businesses on, as a family, since 1948!We have been investing in Bristol for the past 4 years, specialising in HMOs! We help investors who are looking to get good returns by partnering on projects, or investing with us on an ”earn & learn” basis! We spent most of 2019 systemising and outsourcing a big proportion of our operations; I wrote a new back-end system in Podio and we now have an international workforce of VAs - it was an honour to be recognised by the FSB, for our work on this, in the 2020 South West awards! We also run a lettings agency here in Bristol, specialising in compliance - you would be shocked how many agents are not compliant! Alongside hosting the Bristol Partners in Property event! I am a big believer in paying things forward and the power of networking!
