This was done by either selecting the project or by selecting other fields (e.g. location, programme director, portfolio director and over 15 more customisable views).• Created bespoke resource planning tools, change request forms and flagship client project reports that were rolled out globally. • Gathered requirements from various stakeholders, including both IT and Business personnel and was required to liaise with a number of project and programme managers.The tool massively streamlined the reporting process for HSS & has been taken on by numerous other areas of the bank, receiving strong feedback from various individuals, including the Global Head of HSS. The tool led to substantial reporting cost savings through improved efficiency and over a year long period, the cost savings equate to over £1.5m. -
