Typically this event attracts 10'000 people at the event with 180 artists involved on stage and over 60 people volunteering for many other areas of the event.  Handling budgets and working out cost cutting strategies.  Developing the website (www.carolsinthecity.com) including the implementation of email mailing lists  Implementing and developing the social media - facebook/twitter  Booking high profile artists including fee negotiation, travel and accommodation arrangements, contracts and general artist liaison  Venue liaison including negotiations on staffing and equipment based on requirements by contractors and others.  Fundraising through corporate sponsorship which also includes writing of sponsor agreements and ensuring all requirements of sponsors are met  Working with media partners to provide all information required to effectively promote the event.
