Responsible for the delivery of life cycle and capital project variation works across the South of the United Kingdom.Manages the Construction Delivery Team (Southern Region). Develops the teams technical andprofessional competency through performance goals and training support. Develops and maintains a delivery programme for all projects within the Southern Region.Works with the life cycle planning team and SPC managers in securing agreement to specific project life cycle plans.Co-ordinates the delivery of works with IPSL H&S, Procurement and Commercial Teams.Manages the life cycle delivery process from RIBA Stage 1 through to RIBA Stage 6 for all projects allocated to the Southern Region.Manages the variation delivery process from RIBA Stage 1 through to RIBA Stage 6 for all projects allocated to the Southern Region.Manages construction delivery fees, pipeline and utilisation to achieve IPSL budget constraints.Produces monthly management reports on sector performance.Liaises with finance on purchase orders and invoice approvals management.Works with finance, life cycle planning team, procurement and SPC managers on year-end reconciliation and data capture, feed in to life cycle planning process.Carry's out business development duties to increase fee revenue across the Region and support other Sector Heads as and when required.Produces and presents IPSL progress updates to other internal divisions within the Imagile Group.Project manages specific life cycle projects to achieve fee targets and utilisation constraints.Link below to the IPSL Website for Further Information: http://www.imagilegroup.com/ipsl
