I am responsible for all the day-to-day operations, human resource and project management for the company. All employees of Fusion AV Concepts Limited are Harman Certified Control Professionals and maintain an interest in the core business of programming.Operations Management- Implement and review business working practices- Manage company resources including physical office space and financial outgoings- Provide leadership in all operational functions- Develop new and innovative growth strategies- Plan long term business strategy- Deliver the vision, mission, goals and strategies- Promote a positive workplace cultureProject Management- Manage projects and co-ordinate schedules- Development of project budgets- Manage and resolve client queries and complaintsHuman Resources- Recruitment and selection of employees- Manage employee holiday and sickness- Advise managers on appraisals and performance management- Implement employee training and induction- Financial planning and client negotiationsProgramming- Harman Certified Control Professional – Design | Commissioning | Programming- Writing AMX control system programs and commissioning- Configuring control systems on site- Assist Engineers with all aspects of testing the systems and software- Maintain an orderly filing system for all programs in line with Document Control procedures- Attend training course relevant to Control System programming and the Audio Visual industry- Hold CSCS Card for HS&E accreditation
