I am a full-time Property Manager with Uptown Rental Properties. I started as a front desk associate and have been promoted to Assistant Property Manager and then Property Manager while maintaining working and residential relationships to be the best performing team member as well as making sure my residents receive the best residential experience possible. Working in student housing provides valuable experience in a fast-paced environment while abiding by best practices and other laws including Fair Housing.I have also continued my education in the field of Psychology online at the Southern New Hampshire University. While this posed a difficulty in time management, I have been able to consistently attend my online courses and excel in them while committing to high performance in my property management role. I utilize this knowledge to positively impact leasing plans in my current position and ultimately hope to expand counseling services with the residential leasing experience I have gained over the years to help people through the myriad of circumstances that can present themselves in a leasing term.
