CurrentLead the Implementations team to ensure all new accounts are implemented accurately, on time, and on budget. Assist the sales team in scoping all recurring revenue proposals, and some project revenue proposals, to ensure operational feasibility and profitability. Manage and perform paid customer assessments to review complex existing/potential customer processes and identify efficiencies and opportunities. These assessments analyze processes and use data collected and Six Sigma methodologies, to make strategic recommendations on process reengineering to include Scope Document, Process Flows, and ROI Metrics.Manage the QA team to ensure software releases are well orchestrated and bug free. Work closely with the Marketing department to provide the content and timing for customer communications surrounding software releases.Work in tandem with development during the implementation of complex accounts where custom development is involved. Provide technical specs and requirements documents for custom implementations as well as new product features.
