Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current• Preparing and sharing creative job postings on LinkedIn.• Maintaining candidate databases and processes via the applicant tracking system tools (ATS).• Working with hiring managers to determine position requirements.• Using numerous channels to search for potential candidates, contacting different passive profiles, and building talent pipelines.• Designing creative sourcing strategies and building strong pipelines for specific IT roles.• Consistently ensuring the highest level of candidate experience through coordinating interview schedules and special events.• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, which includes making talent gap analyses, kicking off hiring manager meetings, sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews, followed by reference checks, offer selling, and contracting processes.• Expanding pipelines for all positions (Frontend, Backend, iOS, Business Analyst, AI Developer, UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, Project Manager, and also non-technical roles)
