An one of two archival interns for the nonprofit Skate Like a Girl, I review, analyze, organize, and archive documents and other important artifacts. From these primary sources, we are constructing a historical narrative- a story of the organization- to display in a variety of forms, such as online and in brochures. I practice numerous history skills such as oral interviews and, in totality, historical preservation, that will all lead to a narrative of the organization that promotes its inclusive message.
