• Scout, recruit and sign instructors, as well as support the SH - Learning Experience in recruiting TLs, and CMs to deliver on the growing needs of every new batch.
• Work with SH - Learning Experience to recap and deliver a comprehensive performance report after instructors deliver a teaching module.
• Work with ops team to draft contracts, track teaching/meeting hours, ensure timely payments, and other admin functions that facilitate prompt, friendly and professional handling of instructors to inspire loyalty.
• Maintain regular communication and develop close relationships with the instructors to increase their engagement with RevoU. Connect them with various stakeholders to leverage their skills and professional network to.
• Investigate, review, and personally handle all student issues from complaints, altercations and personal problems that hinder the effectiveness of the student's learning experience and satisfaction.

• Initiate sessions where I will simulate/teach parts of the modules during the week.

• Manage end-to-end process of campaign creation, from structure planning, ad set setup, creative and ad copy creation, and budget planning.
• Review campaign performance continuously and provide optimization actions to improve the overall campaign performance and achieve StyleTribute's KPI.
