I lead the implementation and coordinate the scope of development of Colliers Asia's bespoke real estate and CRM platform, REConnect. In March 2018 SIP was acquired by the global real estate firm Colliers International, I was part of the acquisition team representing the SIP business of approximately 140 people, with a focus on sales collaboration, communications and branding.- Point of contact for information flow between teams and regions such as key contacts, clients, and projects achievements- Leading the implementation of Colliers’ systems, communicating with regional leaders, coordinating training and supporting team members in the adoption process, and vice versa for SIP’s systems- Leading communications and re-branding for SIP, synchronising with the Colliers’ marketing and communications teamsIn addition, I maintained my responsibilities as outlined below.

Responsible for the day-to-day marketing and communications of SIP throughout China, working closely with the Marketing Services director based in the UK, the business development department and HR.Design, write and implement GosSIP, SIP's award winning Internal Communications Programme (Best International Programme at the CIPR #insidestory awards 2014). Effective communication of company news, announcements and events to nearly 250 staff from many cultures and approximately 20 different nationalities.Manage external designers for larger design projects such as staff handbook, company brochures, adverts and the corporate website.Design and create smaller marketing materials such as flyers.Create and implement 'smart' company specific templates compliant with the corporate visual identity, and train staff members how to use as well as useful tips for general MS Office use.Create and manage records and databases of company projects and marketing information.Administrator of company document management system, intranet and social media accounts.

SIP's Central Technical Unit (CTU) is the team that works with clients to define their project requirements in a professional document that can then be used by design institutes and contractors to produce detailed documentation for project quotations and tendering. Projects would typically be for industrial-manufacturing facilities with offices and warehousing.As Project Coordinator I would be the main point of contact between the team and client to organise, project definition workshops (within China and internationally), monitor project action lists and collate deliverables. Generally, I would ensure smooth and accurate information flow to enable full project specifications to be developed.In addition to the client facing side I also become responsible for the development and implementation of the company's internal document management and intranet systems, in turn also standardising SIPs documents into a suite of project procedures and guidelines.
