Organisational Development Team (Sept 2023-Feb 2024)- Created a Project Management Toolkit to be used across the Council for a variety of projects ranging in size. This received positive feedback from the Local Government Association.- Produced reports for colleagues and Senior Management.- Managed the Staff Awards program.- Set up a Staff Coffee Meeting- Assisted in producing performance reports.- Managed apprenticeship service including reporting on financial details.- Processed FOI requests.Climate Change Team (Feb 2024-)- Completed the Carbon Accounting process for scope 1 and 2 emissions.- Worked on major sustainability projects across the Borough.- Developed a communications strategy for 23/24.- Contributed an article to Council magazine "Heathscene".Elections Team (May 2024 - July 2024)- Electoral registration duties.- Poll Clerk at PCC and General Election.
