Primary technical resource for the Office of Early Childhood Education. Accountable for streamlining technical operations, building new products and services to automate tasks, working with Early Childhood Leadership Team to understand and solve problems.- Maintaining/Updating custom software as well as develop new features such as:Automate salary comparisons and account transfers for funding programs saving a 5 person fiscal team approximately 40 hours a month.->Created logging system to track families serviced at a location and provide real-time summary of how staff resources are being utilized eliminating the need for a staff member to handle daily.->Created services database for Student Support Services and Pre-K Academics Teams that allows over 60 individuals to pull up information about services rendered on-site and in real-time saving an average of 7 hours per week for each individual. -Maintain and analyze majority of data for the department, resulting in accountability for each team.-Monitor and maintain linux servers that house the above application and databasesServe as department liaison to Information Services as well as Student Information Services-Imaged and Deployed 120 Tablet PCs to Department Staff-Advise on technical needs of various locations during site walkthroughs-Coordinate with Student Information Services on System Architecture for five year hardware plan for 60,000 student data system [PowerSchool]
