As the governing body for soccer in British Columbia, BC Soccer on behalf of the Canadian Soccer Association is responsible for training coaches from grassroots to high performance levels. In order to meet this challenge, Canada Soccer has developed the Canada Soccer Pathway (LTPD) and tailored the Coach Education Program to this Model. As a Learning Facilitator, I host coaching course for volunteer community coaches to help give them to knowledge and certification to coach youth soccer teams in BC.

As Technical Director of Prospect Lake Soccer Club, I have a leadership position that is responsible for the club’s technical investment in its youth player base development. Core to the role is the creation and implementation of the club’s Technical Development Plan that will outline the club’s commitment to the development of its players and coaches and in line with the principles of Long Term Player Development. Reporting to the president, the position manages the Club’s overall technical budget and directs the activities of the Club’s entire technical staff, including the club’s Coaching Development.

Client Services is responsible for executing the contracted services that is needed by the client while they are hosting the Conference. We are the point of contact for the client when they have audio-visual , food and beverage, or housekeeping needs. This can be a fast paced work environment where critical thinking is needed when dealing with issues that arise that weren't anticipated. Problem solving and people skills are must when making quick decision on the fly.
