I am an experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer and Partner with a broad range of experience across all areas of commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, professional negligence, recovering large commercial debts, business protection claims and applications for injunctive relief. I take a commercial approach to all disputes, advising and guiding clients throughout the process - whether that involves general advice around risk and options, commencing Court litigation or engaging in Alternative Dispute Resolution. I work with a wide range of commercial clients including businesses (SMEs, Blue-Chip Companies through to PLCs), education sector clients (in particular universities and further education institutions) and public sector organisations. I have a range of experience helping clients, including in the following areas: * cases involving business protection and restrictive covenants;* recovery of large commercial debts;* advising education sector clients dealing with complaints from students involving allegations of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 and breach of contract;* public procurement (particularly in the healthcare sector); and* advising tenants and landlords in disputes with Local Authorities regarding National Non-Domestic Rates (business rates) and the recovery of Empty Property Relief.In addition to the above, I have extensive experience of assisting clients in all manner of commercial disputes.
