Alongside my own Data Science consultancy, New Frontiers AI, I am now working 3 days a week at the Royal Society of Chemistry as a Data Scientist.The RSC is a charity focused on knowledge sharing and using their voice to help change the world in every aspect from gender equality in the sciences to global warming, as well as publishing 56 unique and impactful scientific journals.I am super excited to be joining and helping them to transform to a data driven organisation! They are going through a very exciting change period, and I am looking forward to bringing my learnings from my business helping start-ups become data driven.When it comes to digital transformations, it doesn’t matter how big your business is, a lot of the needs and challenges are the same. Money helps speed up the technical development, but bureaucracy and huge numbers of employees adds challenges to adoption and culture adaption.And really, at the core of any successful transformation is people! 🚀
