Lam Research purchased Semsysco at the end of 2022 and were transitioned into Lam employees mid-2023 with no functional changes in day-to-day operations. However, being part of a much larger organization included more responsibilities such as: approving timecards and expense reports, quarterly reviews and evaluations of direct reports, and training of employees at Lam lab facilities on Semsysco equipment. - Guided team through merger transition completing onboarding process a month ahead of schedule.

Managed a workforce of three Field Service Engineers providing both remote and on-site support for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training on both the Galaxy (batch processing wet etch) and Triton (single wafers wed etch) tools sets for a dozen customer sites across the US and Canada. Primary point of contact for and between customer site and Austrian HQ group. - Reduced tool downtime and increased quality of customer work by developing maintenance procedures, BKMs, and PM schedules to standardize operations across all shifts. Developed and implemented training plans for the procedures at multiple customer sites. - Spearheaded implementation of a twenty-five-wafer end effector resulting in an 30% increase in throughput on the Galaxy. Created assembly and maintenance procedure for new EE as well as modifying the teaching procedure to accommodate the new EE and reduce dropped wafer frequency. - Modified various components on the tool to reduce the likely hood of broken wafers and leaks to reduce exposure to cut and chemical hazards.

As part of the TPS group, I worked to provide installation and equipment upgrade support for Intel of Hitachi M9010 Etchers and M9050 Ashers. I verify the quality of service and testing of the equipment to ensure that the customer is provided with the highest quality product in the ramp time established. Performed after-market upgrades.
