After being a professional dancer for 8 years and teaching all over the world for the last 6 years, I came to realize the true power of dance and how it can effect everyone, no matter what age or level. I created GROOV3 as a multi-level dance class that puts having FUN first. By creating a positive, non- threatening environment, and by using a LIVE DJ every class...the benefits came pouring in! More confidence, self awareness, well-being, friendships, weight loss just to name a few. What if we could change the world through dance??
