- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate Todd Harris Company's fiscal function and performance.- Participate in the development of the company's plans and programs as a strategic partner.- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.- Develop and provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities.- Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the company's organization by way of systems that will improve its overall operation and effectiveness.- Establish credibility throughout Todd Harris Company and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.- Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial accounting discipline.- Improve the budgeting process on a continual basis through education of department managers on financial issues impacting company budgets.- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the company; i.e., acquisitions, mergers, investments, etc.- Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism to meet operating needs.- Act as an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which Todd Harris Company may enter.- Evaluate divisional structures and team planning for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of divisions and departments.- Provide individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis on opportunities (where possible).- Serve as an executive representative of Todd Harris Co., Inc. to outside constituents.

- Prepare gym facility for recreational climbing.- Supervise staff and all activity within gym facility.- Enforce all policies and procedures of rock climbing facility while assisting participants during recreational climbing hours. - Serve as climbing monitor during recreational climbing sessions and ensure that emergency assistance is immediately obtained when needed.- Informal inspection of climbing equipment used on a daily basis, specifically climbing ropes, shoes, harnesses, belay devices, and carabineers.- Monitor the actions of rock climbers during recreational climbing hours.- Conduct skills check lessons and competency exams for beginning climbers.- Train and condition veteran rock climbers.- Organize and manage scheduling of all participant climbing sessions, including usage of facility for birthday and family/friend gathering celebrations.- Support department office staff. Type and process department documents, file paperwork, run errands and support department staff with program needs.- Ensure essential public relations with clientele and clientele families, and communication with staff.- Serve as a representative of Middlesex Gymnastics Academy.

- Work with groups in advance of program to determine goals.- Develop program plan that addresses group’s goals.- Communicate with facilitator staff prior to and during programming regarding group's needs and goals.- Enforce gear organization and care among facilitator staff.- Daily inspection of challenge course equipment.- Setup and take down of challenge course equipment.- Instruction and facilitation of games, initiatives and challenge course activities.- Facilitation of group development and educational outcomes.- Completion of daily paperwork documenting operations and incidents.
