• Effectively manage multiple personnel security background checks for government agencies. Case review involving compiling, analyzing, and conducting quality control to create comprehensible reports of investigation as needed• Supervisory duties: mentor, train, onboard, and provide guidance to First level reviewers• Conduct second level review (quality control) for 2-5 cases per day• Ensure accurate daily case manifests are sent to the customer• Communicate and liaison with multiple field investigators • Create training presentation refreshers for review team
