I managed our technical direction, coordinated patches and upgrades with development and production, mentored colleagues, and managed our 24/7 on-call rotation schedule. • Managed 150+ Sun (running Solaris 2.6 & 8) and HP (running HP-UX 11.0 and 11.11) servers across 5 separate lab environments, many in high availability clusters using MC/ServiceGuard, Sun Cluster, and Veritas Cluster Server.• Installed, configured and helped to troubleshoot Sprint developed applications through 5 separate lab environments.• Supported test efforts in our environments on a 24/7 basis.• Designed, wrote, and maintained a web-based application using Perl, Apache, and MySQL for event logging, process improvement metrics, general information storage, and tracking of current builds of Sprint software in each of the labs.
