Manage delivery of Telco projects in itsOn including Business analysis of the requirments, Technical and Functionnal Architecture, Scheduling projects and Internal & External reporting. ⚫ Digicel (Jamaica/Panama): Migration to the ItsOn billing system as part of the overall Digital transformation of Digicel Group strategy starting with Panama. ⚫ Virgin (USA) : Large IT transformation with ItsOn as billing system and core of the Digital experience. The mission included the management of the multiple vendors of the program (PMO). ⚫ MTN (South Africa) : Design and plan the deployment of a Proof of Concept to prepare a migration to ItsOn billing system.

Saudi Arabia, La Réunion, Guadeloupe, Algeria, Switzerland, Sultanate Of Oman

Starting as developper then moved to more leading role such as Tech Lead, Architect and finally Project Manager. ⚫ STC/Jawwy (Saudi Arabia) : Build a new IT (Billing, CRM, RMS, OMS, BI, ESB) from scratch for Jawwy, start up of STC. ⚫ Orange Caraïbe (Guadeloupe) & Orange Réunion (La Réunion) : Large IT transformation including CRM, BSS, OSS, Inventory Mangement and BI. ⚫ Wataniya (Algeria) : Business analyse across the whole company to design the new BI data model, processes and reporting. ⚫ Orange Suisse (Switzerland): Extensive due diligence to entirely transform the IT of OCH including CRM, Billing, OSS, Inventory and BI. This project was done in cooperation with the billing system Amdocs. ⚫ Omantel (Sultanate of Oman): Build from scratch an OSS including Performance Management, Service Level Agreement Management, Fault Management, Business Inteligence and Mediation. The project included the 2 years maintenance level 2 & 3.
