Provide System Administration and maintenance support for GPS interfacing systems in both Class and Unclass networking environments. Identify problems and document solutions through USDL (ticket based system) to capture points of failure, recommended steps to fix, root cause analysis, troubleshooting efforts, problem resolution, and after action items needed to ensure persistent fixes are implemented in future builds of the systems effected in version controlled environments.Experience with planning, deployment, installation, maintaining, and upgrading systems and products withing required Program level timelines over multiple geographic sites. Provide Linux subject matter expertise to assist multiple organizational groups including our integration team, software control managers, automation team, DevOps, and wide user community.
