I take calls for businesses and charities that are out of office or are too busy to answer themselves. I am in charge of making sure companies get their messages and donations are taken.

I worked within a large team of people who were responsible for the running and overall organisation of the store throughout the busiest times. I worked here for a short time behind the bar of a busy café as a barista serving customers a wide range of coffees, teas and hot chocolates. I was working under pressure to ensure that the beverages came to the customers at a high standard in a very short amount of time. From this I learned how to froth and steam the milk for latés and cappuccinos as well as maintaining a high level of customer services.
