I worked here for a short time behind the bar of a busy café as a barista serving customers a wide range of coffees, teas and hot chocolates. I was working under pressure to ensure that the beverages came to the customers at a high standard in a very short amount of time. From this I learned how to froth and steam the milk for latés and cappuccinos as well.
