His clients have included publicly traded tenants, private equity funds and institutional landlords such as: Garda Cash & Logistics, KTR Capital Partners, Brookdale Senior Living, PODS Enterprises, Magellan Aviation, Exeter Property Group, Denholtz & Associates, La Mesa RV, The Elaut Group, Irgang Group, Florida Community Bank and Stonegate Bank.Ben was recognized as a Costar Power Broker™ of the Year for industrial leasing volume in both 2017 and 2018. In addition to tenant and landlord representation, Mr. Bruner has been an Approved Real Estate Sales Professional by the United States Bankruptcy Court in the successful disposition of multiple assets.Prior to establishing the Bruner Group, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for Nationwide Industrial Real Estate, Inc. (DBA Nationwide-RE) where he successfully expanded the scope of services offered to include: tenant representation for office and retail users, landlord representation for institutional clients, as well as acquisitions and dispositions.
