Planned and coordinated with other companies we were transporting for and our own personnel, over 300 vehicle movements across multiple road types around the Pacific Northwest. Ensured that personnel were understanding and adhering to work/rest plans which help to enable us to have a 0% loss rate of equipment, as well as 0 accidents and a 100% safety rating 3 years in a row. Maintained a maintenance program for our 36 vehicle fleet, causing our fleet to be mission ready with 98% vehicle readiness. Scheduled monthly maintenance for vehicles on driver rest time so less down time was needed for the vehicles.

Planned and Coordinated 75 Ammunition Supply Missions from Joint Base Lewis McChord to other military posts in the Pacific Northwest, ensuring all Hazmat approved routes were used, no deviations from the routes were done, no accidents occurred, and all materials arrived to their intended destination on time. Ensured all annual training was completed by personnel in a timely manner, training was updated in personnel’s training packet and information was uploaded into computer, enabling company to have a 97% training rate of personnel within 1 month of arriving at company. Trained17 personnel on the proper handling, safety requirements and transportation of HAZMAT materials, ensuring all regulations and guidelines were followed and adhered to.

Camp Stanley South Korea

Planned, Coordinated and Executed an 80 hour driving class for a total of 486 incoming personnel to our company from the United States, so they would know and understand all rules, regulations and guidelines that pertained to them before they were allowed to drive in South Korea. Administered written and driving test for 486 personnel, with a 97% first time pass rate, and a 100% second time pass rate, while completing all mandatory paperwork. Received a 98% or higher rating 3 straight years on annual Driver’s Training packets, with zero critical area failures. Coordinated transportation with the South Korean DOT supporting 56 companies in a timely professional manner, while maintaining work/rest plans for 137 personnel. Provided route itineraries for drivers after confirming with South Korean DOT that routes were authorized, confirming low impact on civilian transportation needs, and HAZMAT regulations would be followed.
