Manufacturing Execution Systems- • Conduct user demand meetings with consultants and internal users as project coordinator.• Review and revise the functional scope documentation provided by the consultant. • Functional testing with consultants and summarizing the bug report. • Negotiate with the government subsidy department for project funding. • Review and monitor the budget of the project and summarize a ROI (Return of Investment) report for high management. • System testing with key user before Go live. Microsoft Power Business Intelligence- • Development of Product FPY (Fist Pass Yield)Report: Dynamic Report for manager to receive the real-time production status for our various products. • Scrap Analysis Report: Based on weekly production data, generate the top 10 scrap issues from different perspectives, including Design, Manufacturing, Quality and supplier related topic. • Development of Monthly Warranty Analysis Report: Collect and organized the warranty returns globally and generate the report based on Finance perspective as the monthly cost result and can break down to potential design/ manufacturing issues. Automation (SharePoint)- • ISO 45001 approving process: For the purpose of not wasting too much paper and speed up the approving process during COVID WFH phase, I built an online platform for all the departments, once the user finished editing their ISO documents online, the system will asked their supervisor or manager to review and approve it online without have to interact physically or print out any documents. • Working Instruction (WI) Process: Make sure the WIs in the production line are all upto-date, in contrast to the online file folder would have multiple locations for files. Using SharePoint to store all the WIs in one location for all the users, adding the version control, and allowing engineers to edit the current WI online, and submit it to the Engineering Manager for approval before production release.
