- Oversee the planning, organisation and successful delivery of the Fellowship program,- Appoint and manage new Fellows every six months, ensuring that each Fellow publishes at least one article every month- Edit, format and upload articles from Fellows to Young Australians in International Affairs Insights blog- Develop a database of key contacts across the academic, government, private, not-for-profit and media sectors interested in contributing one-off submissions to Young Australians in International Affairs Insights blog or interested in working with Fellows in external partnerships. - Manage eleven Fellows and provide feedback on their submissions to Insights - Manage the Editorial Team, providing them with guidance on editing Fellowship articles and policy briefs- Manage the Policy Manager and assist them with their policy writing and editing duties.- Maintain phone and email contact with Fellows and the Policy Manager and hold regular Publications team meetings- Liaise with and report back to the Extended Leadership Team about the operations of the Publications Team- Participate in monthly Extended Leadership Team meetings

As an Editor, I work within the publications team which is responsible for policy brief and insight contributions to the Young Australians in International Affairs website. I ensure that the contributions are tonally consistent and adhere to the organisation’s publication guidelines. I provide feedback, both to the publications team and the contributing authors, in a timely, efficient, and constructive manner. Further, I provide support to the Publications Director in the appointing of Fellows across the organisation’s fellowship portfolios. Working with the publications team, I assist the Policy Manager in the creation and management of key contacts across the academic, government, private and not-for-profit sectors to further the impact of the organisation.

- Review specific bodies of literature exploring the politics, international relations, foreign fighters, and ontological security theory.- Participate in research conceptualization and design.- Coordinate and Assist in duties related to project management, documentation, and outreach of research results.- Coordinate scholarly manuscript preparation including compiling and checking references, indexing, and proof-reading.

As an Associate Editor, I work to support the vision, scope, goals, and standards of E-International Relations by working in an editorial team on articles submitted to E-International Relations. To turn around editorial decisions in a timely manner. I work to ensure that all feedback is constructive and helps the author present their argument in the strongest way. I have developed a strong sense of time management, a broad knowledge of issues, topics, and debates within the field of International Relations, and an editorial eye.

As a commissioning editor, my tasks include commissioning articles from scholars and practitioners for E-International Relations within my research area of analysing medium-term trends within international politics and international structures. Further to this, I am also responsible for editing and proofreading articles and books that will be published.

Leading the University's efforts to address the wellness needs of students, I have facilitated the LGBTQ+ peer group, at the Sippy Downs campus, as its Peer Leader. Through promoting and fostering of an inclusive group environment, the number of attendees has grown and has led to the creation of another group to meet the needs of students at the Caboolture campus. This has meant the development of new resources for training and promotion that as the Peer Leader, I work with Student Wellbeing to create and give feedback on other programs happening around the University.
