Developed and implemented new Product to help Clients monitor Materials movement in Construction Projects. This was a cloud-based customised solution, developed using .NET and Angular Typescript.Played both Developer and Scrum Master roles to ensure that Product was delivered in accordance to Clients' needs and expectations.

NCS Agile Team responsible for facilitating the Enterprise-wide implementation of Agile in Projects. These include coaching of Project Teams in Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and Extreme Programming, and included Techniques such as CI/CD, Unit Testing and Test Driven Development.Used Low Code Platforms such as Outsystems and Pega for development of POCs and full Project Implementation. 1 of these POCs led to a successful Project Tender, while the Project Implementation was subsequently extended by Client for 2nd Phase of Project. Developed and implemented a solution to digitise Client's operational processes. This enabled a more efficient and less error-prone approach to tracking and retrieving key information required for daily operational use.
