• Provide community outreach to involve a diverse group of young people, parents and com-munity leaders in the clubhouse program • Recruit, train and support volunteer mentors, ensuring they work effectively with the youth• Provide basic computer maintenance; including file management, trouble-shooting and tech-nical support for clubhouse youth and mentors• Provide administrative support for clubhouse program, including keeping records of partici-pants and keeping the clubhouse space organized

• Manage communications with YES Mentorship program, and the general public. Generate email newsletter • Develop and implement outreach programs and fundraising events. • Recruit and manage event volunteers • Manage YES Mentorship program presence at community outreach events and other public programs • Coordinate public relations and promotions of YES Mentorship program news and events.

• Perform physical and/or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing and dis-tributing of materials and merchandise • Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items
