I’ve spent the past several years working with students to increase their academic, social and physical competencies, always working to strengthen their comprehension, critical thinking and capacity to navigate challenges. I’ve worked collaboratively with academic administrators, parents and students to increase involvement and investment in academic success, integrating research-based practices and multidisciplinary concepts related to physical fitness. I’m particularly adept at providing individual and classroom instruction, leading engaging lessons through digital channels, in-person learning and hybrid formats.Here are a few examples of my work:- I’ve taught Algebra and SAT preparation classes to more than 300+ students, leading weekly office hours to promote comprehension of complex topics. - I launched a new fitness initiative featuring basketball, football and weightlifting activities, with 40+ students enrolled.- In response to the pandemic, I contributed to COVID prevention measures, performing daily temperature scans and monitoring lunch periods to promote adherence to social distancing and making requirements.
