Using data to enhance processes, both in revenue generation and operations. Building data lead systems to innovate, reducing bottom line cost, manual intervention and driving revenue. Projects include:- Leading the build and subsequent global roll out of our propriety transaction monitoring tool Soteria.- Leading the enhancements and BAU MI for Soteria, assisting the compliance teams with investigations.- Using AI and machine learning to enhance our lead generation for the global front office teams, building APIs to automate the scoring and pipelining process.- Improving visibility on payments for the support services team, streamlining their workflow and easing frictions.

Rotational graduate scheme spending time in differing teams including: Compliance, FX Dealing, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Sales and Partnerships.- Compliance: Covered the regulatory requirements of the business, including the FCA Handbook, MiFID and GDPR.- Dealing: Gained an insight into how FX dealing works within the business, whilst also liaising with their clients to complete compliance requests.- Data Science: Built models in Alteryx to help the business understand more about its client base.- Sales: Led lead generation for the Sales Executive team.

Working as a market researcher during a summer internship on behalf of BBC Sport, for the duration of the Ashes cricket series.- Researched how people aged 18-25 engage in cricket and how they want the BBC to cover the new tournament, “The Hundred”.- Organised the network of cricket fans in order to effectively gather research.- Collated and presented the research to BBC Sport executives.- Engaged in meetings with the client in order to achieve the content desired.

Working in all aspects of customer service, including work in a supervisory role known as “Till Champ”.- Responsible for the efficient running of the tills and managing till staff through role as “Till Champ”. Role included planning and supervising all till staff and acting as a senior member of staff for customer service queries and complaints, as well as the being the link between the customers and managers.- Trusted to cash up and handle large sums of money- Worked hard to achieve targets set by management such as the number of customers with membership cards, with consistent success.
