Develop and own current/future safety strategies for General Motor's global portfolio.

- Working directly with GM studio developed engineering solutions to emable studio design for class-A sheet metal on the 2018 Chevy Equinox- Develop and integrate front end sheet metal components to ensure robust design- Ensure hood, fenders, and underhood bolt on components are released on time while meeting corporate of regulatory requirements- Maintain contact with tier 1 suppliers to provide parts on time for Matching 1 and 2 and support launch activities locally and abroad on a global program- Support manufacturing problems in developing weld/SPR patterns which meet GM specifications along with formability of hood outers, inners, and fenders- Communicate effectively with our partners in multiple regions including Mexico and China relative to engineering issues, fit issues, and ongoing PRTS support- Completed craddle to grave responsibilities for all front end sheet metal components on the 2018 Chevy Equinox

Working directly with G.E. Aviation and Rolls Royce Aero to produce a range of products for aircraft engines. Develop processes to produce aircraft compressor airfoils. Work with shop employees to further understand machining and metal work.

Southfield, Mi

Design and build a student produced formula vehicle using hybrid drive technology. This year's vehicle will be using a parallel drive system with a LEM200 motor and a Honda CRF250X ICE. Lead design on the chassis according to SAE Hybrid's design rules, as well as the half shafts. Overall leader for mechanical items on the vehicle. Purchase components through the school, budgeting, fundraising, personal relations, and distributing work among the team. The team took 2nd overall at the Hybrid competition in Loudon, New Hampshire and received a second place Ford fuel efficiency award.

Maintain the development of ECM (Engine Cooling Module) for the GM Alpha and Lambda programs. Develop a new stone guard for warranty related issues. Work with suppliers and OEM's to implement both Behr and OEM related changes.
