• Implemented Kaizen solution to prevent excessive wear in the sliding rail used in the Underbody Sealer (UBS)/Underbody Coating (UBC) section of the Paint Shop in the Sterling Heights, Michigan Assembly Plant. This resulted in approximately $400,000 cost-savings annually. Presented solution to plant executives and peers.• Toured sections of the Paint Shop to identify and address areas of improvement. Documented issues, developed multiple solutions, and submitted them to the paint shop supervisor for review and approval.
