Coordinating appointment scheduling for over 150 students a month. Respond to emails and phone calls daily. Serving as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and visitors ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Collaborate with office staff to implement best practices in client service and continuous improvement of office operations.

Managed the intake process for an average of 700 new missionaries weekly, coordinating housing accommodations, distributing personal documents, and addressing health-related needs. Responded to inquiries from concerned parents and missionaries, providing guidance and resolving issues. Assisted with additional administrative tasks as required.

Through the Intership with Ensign Services I collaborated with a team to build off of the current Healthcare Administration Intership program to scale and design it for use for over 300+ facilities. Additionally, the design and management of the program was intended to support and elevate the existing culture of the company.

Processed new arriving materials. Data entry into databases. Heavily used Excel. Cataloged and sorted materials to be sent to their proper departments within the library.
