I'm an experienced UX Consultant, currently working at FDM Group. I have been trained in UX fundamentals, conducted User Research internally, and on client sites, and have also led a team of internal consultants on how to properly implement User Centered Design thinking across FDM. I am currently the lead UX consultant for a client project which aims to improve the onboarding experience for new specialists and their line managers.I am a serving Army Reservist and have successfully achieved my annual certificate of efficiency in the past couple of training years. I am currently training to fulfil the substantive requirements for my new rank.I also own a volunteer only digital animation series titled "Ace Attorney: Elements of Justice". In total, the series has garnered over 2 million views across its content and has a total run time of nearly 30 hours. We are currently airing our third season of the project and are expecting two more seasons to be produced.
