I recently graduated Kellogg Community College with an Associates in Computer Programming, and am searching for new ways to expand my knowledge and understanding of the industry. I have grown very comfortable working and interacting with people. I am willing and excited to learn, as well as good at receiving orders and constructive criticism. My Systems Technician position at Meijer has given me plenty of experience addressing end user complaints and issues, following and improving procedures for troubleshooting end user devices, replacing faulty equipment, interacting with L2/L3 support, and assisting staff with day-to-day technical support and questions. Prior to that I worked at Meijer as a Customer Service Desk associate for 3 years, dealing largely with customer escalation / problem resolution relating to product pricing, troubles with the mobile app, and product returns.
