Lead a 4 person team in maintaining the security clearances for over 2,800 personnel, tracking and monitoring over 880 classified items, and training 23 departmental security managers. Established a model program with a proactive process for periodic investigations. Resulted in zero discrepancies over 6 ship-wide inventories and 15 spot checks and a 25% increase in the efficiency of the processing of security clearances.· Coordinated and distributed individual security badges to over 2800 personnel prior to the aircraft carrier entering a period of maintenance at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard.
