- To oversee all production related activities, continue to review and improve procedures and process related to Production. - Vendor sourcing, production management (WIP) and delivery management, total supply chain management. These activities include, vendor allocation management, price negotiation, quality , delivery negotiations and overall production related trouble shooting.- To maximize work efficiency, increasing revenues and decreasing operation costs- Managing day to day activities associated with sourcing and production and align such activities with the needs of the varied accounts and business demands in conjunction with the companies budgets and operational goals.- Creative product sourcing, production strategies planning and execution.
