Working with municipal, commercial, industrial, institutional and residential clients, I help to better manage their waste, reduce their carbon footprint, and save them money. Waste composition studies and diagnostic audits are performed and solutions often include composting, recycling, and waste reduction.

I purchased and renovated three Victorian-era Philadelphia rowhouses with a focus on energy & water efficiency and architectural material reuse.

I was an engineer for a land development company working on residential and commercial projects, including Wawa convenience stores. Among my duties were preliminary site investigations, site layout design, road alignment design, grading design, stormwater drainage and management design, E&S control design. Additionally, I utilized stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) focusing on infiltration and water quality and obtained township, county, DOT, DEP, conservation district and utility commission permits in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I also developed and implemented the company recycling program.
