- Lead Solutions Architect for Sierra Wireless Managed Connectivity Services: supporting sales teams of 8+ for Telecom Agent Channel, Re-Sellers, and direct customers-Collaborate with Channel Partners and Vendors in a Pre-Sales Engineering capacity to design a total solution for customers (including but not limited to, SD-WAN, UCaaS, VoIP, MPLS, Broadband, IP Camera, and PoS systems -Drive customer confidence by taking the role of the “Total Solution Technical Expert”. -Utilizing carrier tools to perform pre-installation Radio Frequency Analysis for client sites to ensure >90% installation success. -Research and resolve escalated open tier I and tier II customer service support issues-Maintain written and verbal communication with internal and customer Project Managers to ensure all service delivery and technical support issues are addressed.-Work with and escalate issues to our upstream carriers for resolution-providing technical support for Sales team for demos and conferences -perform Lab and Pilot installations for newly acquired customers-support customer Network Administrators with router and switch configurations -Manage information related to resolution or billing elements associated with service requests-generate reports in SalesForce based on requests from upper management

Responsible for configuring equipment, directing field service activity, and activating services within the Service Delivery department. Diagnose, interpret, and resolve issues to ensure accurate and timely installation of service.-Maintain a thorough understanding of RF, IP, and VoIP services.-Configure and setup routers, modems, and optimize wireless antennas.-Direct field services through proper installation of hardware using pre-defined specifications.-Collaborate with other organizations on best practices.-Occasional on-site customer installations.-Ensure proper documentation of all installed components.-Assist in upgrades to CPE equipment as needed..-Perform adds, changes, and disconnects for existing customer base.- Escalate troubles to vendors/service providers when appropriate.
