I am a highly motivated Team Leader with 4 years experience working in the Royal Navy as a Radar Operator, Operations Room Supervisor and Air Picture Supervisor. My career has taken me around the world where I have operated in challenging and constantly evolving scenarios, utilising my training and teams specialisations to best overcome the task posed. Throughout my time in the Navy, my prior employment as a Carer and Labourer, and my studies at the University of Chester I have engaged with a diverse group of people from all sorts of backgrounds all with the same vision of developing my team/s to their fullest potential.
