I have been in customer service since I aquired my first position as a bus boy at 15. Since then I stayed with the restaurant for about ten years working through all available positions. From the food service industry I moved into food retail, working for Hannaford, which is a Delhaz company. There I worked in customer relations and cashier before going to night crew stocking where I learned how to take inventory.After food service I switched to hard line retail working for Target as a floor design team member. I tuned my inventory skills and aquired design skills. This is also where I began managing a team. Following Target I moved to a medical facility where I expanded my customer service and management skills. I took over the entire endoscopic technician staff and organized them into a cohesive team, including training coordination and skill advancement through the SGNA and yearly attendance to the SGNA conferences. I left the medical field when I realized I was getting out of shape, I turned to a salary/commission position with General Linen. My customer service background helped me in obtaining new accounts, inventory skills helped maintain customer accounts. I trained 3 new drivers for the company and held the highest grossing route in my state.Decided to become a Commercial truck driver so that I could see the country and make a decent wage, that is where I am at now.
